Finding the sweet spot

We have so many demands on our time, health and lifestyle in today's world.
How can we get more out of day? How can we be more productive? How can we stay fit and healthy in the face of so many temptations?

At what point does the cost of trying new lifestyle changes outweigh their benefit? Will forgoing the things like coffee really make much difference?  Will getting by on less sleep give you more time in the day or will it just make you grumpy and less productive? How can I make healthy food that tastes amazing instead of bland?  How can I get some exercise no matter how busy my week is?

These are some of the questions I am trying to help answer.  Its about finding the sweet spot, the point where you get the most benefit for the least cost, and finding the tactics that can help you achieve the most out of life.

Of course there are 7 billion shades of grey, there is no single diet, tactic, plan, recipe, regime, methodology that will work for everybody, that's why we need to try new things until we find ideas that will benefit us each individually.

My wish is that someone, anybody, can find some use out of any of these posts or experiments to help them with their lives.
